New automatic bandsaw AT 1100 A F

BTM expands its range of automatic band saw machines with the new AT 1100 A F, a machine designed for large cutting capacities and high-productivity industrial applications.

The AT 1100 A F automatic band saw has been developed to ensure precision, reliability and continuous operation even in the most demanding applications, thanks to its robust structure and components designed for intensive working cycles. The machine offers a cutting capacity of up to 1100 mm at 90°, making it ideal for cutting large bars, tubes and profiles in steel and other metallic materials.

High performance for industrial applications

The AT 1100 A F is equipped with a large blade (11250 x 80 x 1.6 mm) and a 15 kW blade motor, features that allow processing of large sections while maintaining precision and stability during cutting.

The adjustable blade speed from 20 to 100 m/min allows the machine to adapt to different material types, while the controlled descent and rapid downfeed up to 3500 mm/min help optimize processing times and increase overall productivity.

Robust structure and advanced technology

The machine is made of

  • welded bow and base structure
  • vertical head movement on linear ball guides
  • gearbox with hardened and ground gears
  • integrated chip conveyor
  • blade cleaning brush
  • low-voltage electrical system in compliance with CE regulations

These features ensure stability, cutting precision and long service life, even in heavy-duty production environments.

Automation and Innovation

The AT 1100 A F is available with a 7” or 10” TOUCH panel and can be equipped with advanced features such as:

  • remote assistance
  • Industry 4.0 ready configuration
  • dry cutting system
  • hydraulic bundle cutting device BASIC or MAX

These options allow the machine to be integrated into automated production lines and digital production management systems.

The AT 1100 A F represents a reliable solution for companies requiring high productivity and precision in metal cutting operations.
